Total body workout that applies to all fitness levels by using your body weight as your resistance with the TRX Suspension Trainer.
We will ride to a destination where A, B & C groups will have opportunities to work within their individual skill set, at their desired speed. We go out as a group and come back as a group with a support vehicle.
All riders must wear helmets. They should bring two water bottles. For longer rides, snacks are recommended. Riders should have a fully-stocked bike bag (tube that fits their bike, tire tool, small patch kit, hex tool set, and either a cartridge or a pump).
This class begins with Classic Pilates mat work and then continues with yoga vinyasa flow and ends in seated meditation. This class will work on strength, flexibility, balance and mental strength.
