A,B & C GROUP RIDE: Introductory fitness, group riding and bike handling skills with average speeds of 15 to 17 mph with stretches approaching 30 mph. Average ride length of 90-120 MINUTES.
We will ride to a destination where A, B & C groups will have opportunities to work within their individual skill set, at their desired speed. We go out as a group and come back as a group with a support vehicle.
All riders must wear helmets. They should bring two water bottles. For longer rides, snacks are recommended. Riders should have a fully-stocked bike bag (tube that fits their bike, tire tool, small patch kit, hex tool set, and either a cartridge or a pump).
