LOGIK ESP Training (Endurance, Strength, & Power)
As an Endurance athlete I want a strength and conditioning program that is NOT going to build size but increase muscular strength and endurance. This class is for any athlete or clients looking to improve a weak core, alleviate lower back pain, improve posture. The foundation of your Fitness starts with a stable core, integrated posterior chain, strong and long hip flexors, and powerful glutes. We will use a large of variety of mostly floor exercises for minute or longer reps and holds in a super-set formulation combining 2 or more exercises for 4 or more reps per set. This program as well as the exercises are beginner friendly and offer many modifications so that all of our clients will have a successful and motivating experience.
