I graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS and MA in Sport and Exercise Science. While at school, I worked with the football strength and conditioning programs. I interned with the team that would go on to win the 2003 BCS championship, and also the Olympic sports strength and conditioning program assisting with a variety of sports.
The majority of my professional life has been spent working with professional baseball athletes. I've spent time working as a minor league strength coach with the Colorado Rockies, Milwaukee Brewers, and Cincinnati Reds. In my final season working in baseball I spent assisting the major league strength coordinator of the 2010 season with the central division champion Reds.
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) – 2002, and TRX® certified.
I have a variety of experience working with youth athletes and adults who are looking to get in shape or stay there. A variety of training methods are incorporated into my training sessions and Bootcamp classes that offer challenges to people of all levels of ability. I'm here to help you; I believe if you work hard you will see results. I'm looking forward to seeing you and having fun!
