QUESTION: I am an EXISTING LOGIK client and am enjoying the $59 or $89 Unlimited month promotions; but I have a LOGIK 12,16,24,32, or Couples 32 Membership that was suspended when I purchased this great promotion, what happens at the end of these promotions?
ANSWER: You have THREE Options:
  1. In signing up for either of these two promotions as an EXISTING client, when the promotion is over your previous contract will automatically continue UNLESS you make an election prior to the expiration of the promotion. Your contract will continue through the respective contract term. The number of classes associated with each membership level will be converted at PRIME points. (i.e. 16 Monthly Classes = 3200  )  Continued contracts will NOT have the added features of No Expiration & Rollover of unused classes through consecutive months.
  2. Convert your current contract to a new membership of closest value (+/-$20). Any remaining monthly classes in your membership that have NOT expired will be will be converted at PRIME points. (i.e. 7 Classes x 200 points = 1400 points ). Earn 1000 Conversion Bonus Points IF You CONVERT and ACTIVATE prior to the end of your Promotional Unlimited Month or by January 1, 2017
  3. Cash in your current contract (prorate monthly memberships) and use available account credit towards ANY New Membership.

QUESTION
: I am an EXISTING Logik client and am enjoying the $59 or $89 Unlimited month promotions; but I have a LOGIK Class balance or Forever Classes on my Account, what happens at the end of these promotions?
ANSWER: You have TWO Options.:
  1. Prior to the end of your promotional term choose one of our FOUR new monthly memberships. Please make use of our FREE Fitness Consultants to help you determine the best classes and frequency of classes to meet your fitness goals. Upon Membership Activation the LOGIK class credits that have NOT expired will be will be converted at PRIME points. (i.e. 7 Classes x 200   = 1400  )  Converted will classes will maintain the SAME expiration as your original purchase. Points with expiration will be utilized FIRST during your membership and thus unused points from your new membership will continue to rollover WITHOUT expiration. Forever classes that do NOT have an expiration date will be converted at the same PRIME Rate and will be additive to your new membership point balance. Conversion BONUS: 1000 points.
  2. Remaining Class Credits or Forever Classes in your account that have NOT expired will be will be converted at PRIME points. (i.e. 7 Classes x 200   = 1400 ) You can continue to use these points with our new system through their original expiration date or until such time that you need to purchase additional points or choose to purchase one of our four month to month Memberships. If you do not make an election, the balance of your class credits will default to this option.

QUESTION: I currently have a LOGIK 12,16,24,32, or Couples 32 Membership but DID NOT purchase a promotional UNLIMITED month; what happens now?
ANSWER: You have THREE Options:
  1. Convert your current contract to a new membership of closest value (+/-$20). Any remaining monthly classes in your membership that have NOT expired will be will be converted at PRIME points. (i.e. 7 Classes x 200   = 1400  )  Conversion BONUS: 1000
  2. Cash in your current contract (prorate monthly memberships) and use available account credit towards ANY New Membership.
  3. Should you decide NOT to convert your membership to one of the above new membership tiers; We will honor ALL memberships we have sold through their respective contract term. QUESTION: I currently have a LOGIK Class balance or Forever Classes on my Account but DID NOT purchase a promotional UNLIMITED month; what happens now?
ANSWER: Any remaining Class Credits in your account that have NOT expired will be will be converted at PRIME points. (i.e. 7 Classes x 200   = 1400  ) You can continue to use these points with our new system through their original expiration date or until such time that you need to purchase additional points or choose to purchase one of our four month to month Memberships.


QUESTION: I currently have a LOGIK Semi-Annual (144) or Annual Membership (288) what happens now?
ANSWER: You have TWO Options:
  1. Cash in your current Semi-Annual (144) or Annual Membership (288) and use the available account credit towards pre-paying ANY New Membership. Credit will be determined by the value of what you actually paid for the membership, prorated by the remaining TIME of the membership. (2 Months of Remaining Semi-Annual @ $899 Purchase = ($899 / 6) x 2 = $299.66)
  2. Should you decide NOT to cash in your Semi-Annual (144) or Annual Membership (288) for account credit; we will honor the remaining number of classes that have NOT expired. Classes will be converted at a value of PRIME points. (i.e. 68 Classes x 200 = 13,600). Converted points will have the SAME expiration date of the original contract.

QUESTION: I am a NEW Logik client and am enjoying the $59 or $89 Unlimited month promotions; what happens at the end of these promotions?
ANSWER: In signing up for either of these two promotions as a NEW client, you were automatically enrolled in our lowest membership tier: the LOGIK | PERFORM which is a month to month autopay. You have 3 options from here:
  1. Prior to the end of your first month term choose one of our FOUR new monthly memberships. Please make use of our FREE Fitness Consultants to help you determine the best classes and frequency of classes to meet your fitness goals.
  2. Do nothing, and either of the $59 or $89 promotions will auto-renew as our LOGIK | PERFORM membership at $59 per month.
  3. Cancel your membership at the studio before the end of your first month term and you will NOT be charged again. Your membership is over and we will sincerely miss you.

QUESTION: I am an EXISTING Logik client with either Class Credits, Semi-Annual, Annual, or a Monthly Contract, can I get a cash refund because of the changes?
ANSWER: No. Logik is agreeing to honor the terms of your original purchase. In creating the new memberships, we are changing the class credit system where it used to be a single credit for any class; you now have more options and classes that actually cost LESS than when you made your purchase.


QUESTION: I really enjoy purchasing your class passes and don’t want a month to month membership, what are my options?
ANSWER: Although we don’t sell “Classes” anymore we do sell credits that give you the same benefits of a membership except there is an expiration to independent points purchase OUTSIDE of a membership. Purchases can be made in increments of $50, $100, $150, $250, $400 each with specific expirations and class reservation windows. Credits can be used for ANY Logik class or event.

 
QUESTION: If I stay with my original LOGIK 12,16,24,32, or Couples 32 Membership what Reservation Window will I have to reserve my classes?
ANSWER: Any existing contract that we honor will be given the largest Reservation Window of any of our New Memberships which is 4 Weeks.

 
QUESTION: If I stay with my original LOGIK 12,16,24,32, or Couples 32 Membership will my classes be able to Rollover like the New Memberships?
ANSWER: No, that feature is unique to our New Memberships. Your classes will continue to exist in a ‘Use it OR Lose it’ environment.


QUESTION: I am on a corporate discount or another special member discount. Can I continue to use my discounts on the NEW Memberships?
ANSWER: Discounts can only be honored on the EXCEED $129 or REVOLUTION $159 memberships. Our lower membership tiers are loss leaders and thus we cannot afford to discount them further.
