Our training programs are founded in the belief that fitness should be enjoyable, and that personal trainers should motivate their clients through encouragement and rewards. In your personal training class, we promise to create a fitness environment that is safe, effective and makes you feel good.

30-Minute Individual Training Our individual programs are founded in the belief that fitness should be enjoyable, and that personal trainers should motivate their clients through encouragement and rewards. We promise to create a fitness environment that is safe, effective, and makes you feel good.
60-Minute Individual Training
30-Minute Partner Training Our partner training program is based on two people training together. This helps keep you accountable and makes it enjoyable with a friend. This is founded in the belief that fitness should be enjoyable, and that personal trainers should motivate their clients through encouragement and rewards. We promise to create a fitness environment that is safe, effective, and makes you feel good.
60-Minute Partner Training 
30-Minute Triad Training Our triad program is founded in the belief that fitness should be enjoyable, and that personal trainers should motivate their clients through encouragement and rewards. We promise to create a fitness environment that is safe, effective, and makes you feel good.
60-Minute Triad Training
Elite Training Elite Training is for the athlete minded. Focused on an intense hardcore workout for the advanced.
Small Group Training (4-9 People) 4 Weeks @ 2 Sessions per Week OR 8 Weeks @ 1 Session per Week.

Yoga Private Session Private lessons are a wonderful opportunity to grow your yoga practice. They allow for a one-on-one focus which can be specified to whichever part of your practice you would like to deepen, whether it be posture alignments, progressing your arm balance/inversion practice, or to deepen your understanding of yogic philosophies and practices (moving your yoga practice ‘off the mat’).
Yoga Therapy Medical research shows that Yoga Therapy is one of the most effective complementary therapies for several common ailments. In particular, it is great for people with specific or persistent health problems that aren’t usually addressed in a group class; it also gives clients the opportunity to explore and work through any discomforts in their mind/body health. In a personal Yoga Therapy Session, the focus will be geared specifically to each client and may include some energy work (Reiki) to help open the blockages in the body.
