BACKGROUND: I have been teaching and motivating for 10+ years at community college, teaching group fitness, and personal training. My certifications include: Personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and American Council on Exercise (ACE), Group Fitness Instructor through ACE , I have TRX suspension training and rip training certificates and Schwinn and Body cycle group cycling certificates. I am a member of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy where I have helped over 200 students pass the state of Ohio physical test. An improved level of fitness will help us feel better and perform better, whether we are under stress or functioning in our daily lives.
WHY YOU WILL LOVE MY CLASS: I believe activity should be fun and challenging, a break from our hectic days to be good to ourselves. I try to bring something original to each class. My goal is to help coach to improve function and technique so we can get better and get stronger, and find a place where exercise feels good.
